in Singapore to appoint a
Cluster Resident Manager
to oversee operations, financial performance and guest/resident experience across a portfolio of assets.
The role spans existing properties and new openings in serviced residences and purpose‑built student accommodation.
Role snapshot:
This is a hands‑on operational leadership role combining day‑to‑day property management with portfolio‑level strategy. You will move between assets, lead property‑level teams, own the P&L and play a central role in pre‑opening, mobilisation and stabilisation of new sites.
Key responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across all properties in the cluster, ensuring consistent service and brand standards.
