**Key Responsibilities**

+ Dual-Property Operations: Oversee daily pastry/bakery production and workflows across two hotels.
+ Creative Menu Design: Develop signature desserts and retail items for fine dining, lounges, and seasonal promotions.
+ High-Volume Events: Lead execution for large-scale banquets, weddings, and high-profile diplomatic events.
