About the role BURN is looking for Cluster Team Leaders in Ghana who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives and quality agents.

They will also be responsible for the full customer cycle management, i.e., acquisition, collection, recovery, and usage.

Duties and Responsibilities Business Management Align with the Cluster acquisition targets as well as develop and implement the acquisition operational strategies within the allocated Cluster.

Organizing sales activities and functions in the field to achieve targets, revenues, and the desired quality of acquisition (Usage and RE) On time and high-quality IDC installations at the customer's premises.

Support conducting quarterly inventory audits for all stock points.
