We are seeking a talented Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic Capital Market Department!

As Application Support Analyst you are responsible for supporting users of Capital Market applications by responding to their requests and resolving incidents. You play a pivotal role between Business and all other IT roles on Run related topics. You must follow Capital Market IT Run process standards and recommendations shared by the Run Control Tower team and, as a member of the support community, you will have to contribute to their improvement.

• Resolve incidents impacting users swiftly and efficiently; investigate thoroughly and communicate throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Proactively identify workarounds and coordinate stakeholders during significant incidents.
• Provide clear and timely communication to users, senior management, and other IT stakeholders.
