Responsibilities:

Collect routine specimens;

Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises;

Assist with clients personal care activities;

Maintain patients care records and document provided services;

Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support;

Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition;

Obtaining a wide range of information from physicians, caregivers and nurses about patient condition, treatment plans, and suggested activities;

Turning and repositioning bedridden patients;

Ensuring patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and prefere...
