To load, set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture fit-for-purpose parts and tooling in accordance with technical drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities 1. Machine Operation & Setup Set up, load, and operate CNC machines (turning, milling, and related equipment). Interpret and work from engineering drawings, technical specifications, and job cards. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters. Perform first-off inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy before full production runs. Monitor machine performance and adjust offsets where required. 2. Quality Control Measure and inspect components using precision measuring instruments (verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.).
