Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce machined parts, products, or components by programming, setting up and operating CNC Vertical milling machine and or manual and conventional machines such as grinders, mills, lathes ,overhead cranes and lifting devices or special purpose equipment as required.Develops, edits, or modifies programming sequences based on manufacturing blueprints, schematic, manufacturing sketches with an understanding of geometric tolerances and dimensions.Program and operate machinery for production requirements.Perform necessary quality checks of parts including the effective use of calipers, micrometers, complex functional gauges and other precision measuring devices.Communicate with Engineering to resolve any product issues or blueprint dimensional deficiencies .Create simple and complex patterns and parts using CAD/CAM/eCam/Solidworks Hurco WinMax as well as other programs.T...
