**Job Title: CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to work as a CNC Machinist on both day and overnight shifts, producing precision components for the aerospace and medical industries. You will perform complex machining operations, take on a variety of tasks across the facility, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up CNC mills or lathes, including Swiss machinery, to run production jobs according to specifications.
+ Run CNC machines to produce small to medium-sized aerospace, medical, and related components while maintaining tight tolerances.
+ Troubleshoot machinery issues during production to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.
+ Hold very tight tolerances, including working within thousandths of an inch, and adjust machines as needed to maintain accuracy.
