**Job Description**

The CNC Machinist sets up, operates, and edits programs on CNC mills or lathes, ensuring parts meet customer specifications while maintaining a safe, organized, and climate-controlled work area during the night shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret and apply detailed customer specifications to machining operations.
+ Enter precise specifications and offsets into CNC machines, including HAAS equipment.
+ Set up tooling and fixtures for CNC mills or lathes to meet job requirements.
+ Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently during the night shift, monitoring performance and quality throughout production runs.
+ Edit CNC programs as needed to improve quality, accuracy, or efficiency within approved parameters.
