**CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of CNC machines. The role involves setting up and operating machines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all workpieces meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Proactively maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
+ Load and unload mid-sized cast iron workpieces onto machine fixtures for production runs.
+ Use overhead cranes to set up and load fixtures onto machines using general hand tools, scales, and tape measures.
+ Start, restart, and rework programs using G&M code programming logic.
+ Utilize computer systems to interact with a Palletech System for machine operation.
+ Set up, change, and maintain tooling as needed for efficient production.
+ Ensure machines are in good working condition through routine maintenance and checks.
