**Job Title: CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on the daily setup and operation of CNC milling and CNC lathe machines in a fast-paced job shop environment. You will machine a variety of short-run and custom parts made from mild steel and stainless steel, manage frequent changeovers, and work independently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC milling and CNC lathe machines in a fast-paced job shop environment.
+ Machine short-run and custom parts using mild steel and stainless steel materials.
+ Interpret prints and travelers to understand job requirements and specifications.
+ Perform full machine setups, including loading and proving out CNC programs.
+ Set tooling and offsets and perform tool changes as required for each job.
+ Make in-process adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
