**Job Title: CNC Machinist**

**Job Description**

This role is responsible for CNC shape cutting of parts used in aerospace work stands and tooling by applying sound machining practices and procedures. You will interpret mechanical drawings and follow standard shop procedures, written instructions, and verbal directions to machine high-quality products. The position relies on hands-on experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish daily goals while working under direct supervision in a production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up fixturing and precision measuring equipment to produce an acceptable first-piece part that meets quality requirements.
+ Prepare tooling, fixturing, gauges, materials, and all required paperwork before starting production.
