**CNC Machinist (1st Shift – Aerospace Manufacturing)**

**Location:** Near Rockford Airport

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, primarily Haas and Mazak
+ Machine parts to precise specifications based on blueprints
+ Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and CMM equipment
+ Adjust tooling, offsets, and fixtures to maintain tight tolerances
+ Apply GD&T principles throughout setup, machining, and inspection
+ Complete first-piece inspections and identify any defects
