**Aerotek is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift CNC operators. Set-up experience is not necessary. Operators will be fully trained on tool change processes for machinery.**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathes
+ Perform tool changes and offsets
+ Load and unload machines with materials
+ Perform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
+ Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performance

**Must-Have Skills:**

+ 3+ years of CNC Machining experience.
+ 2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

**Shift Schedules:**

+ 1st shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
+ 2nd shift Option A is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (+ $2/hour shift premium)
