About the role – We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our client's Machine Shop team in Southend-on-Sea. In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-precision, small-batch aerospace components. Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture a variety of small-batch aerospace components using horizontal and vertical machining centres, working from engineering drawings and adhering to tight tolerances.
• Use a range of measuring equipment to inspect components after manufacture.
• Complete all tasks allocated by the Supervisor in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and contribute to a safe working environment.
