Aegis is seeking a CNC Programmer to join our client's organization in Glendale Heights, IL. This position is a 6 month contract to hire role. The position is on 2nd shift (2- pm). The ideal candidate has the below experience: 

GED, High school diploma.

3+ years of experience programming CNC machines

CNC Programming experience- majority of the job

Experience programming in Mitsubishi control system (most similar to a FANUC control system)

MasterCAM Programming experience – ideally someone that has created CNC Programs from scratch.

Solidworks experience- if someone knows MasterCAM, then they will know Solidworks because that’s the CAD software you need when running MasterCAM.

Experience with G&M codes
