Join a high-performing team and play a key role in a busy, precision-driven workshop. We’re on the lookout for an experienced CNC programmer and operator to support our client’s growing in-house production capacity. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality components for custom joinery and manufacturing projects delivered across New Zealand. Competitive pay rates based on experience with potential overtime. Full‑time role with consistent hours.

What you’ll do

• Programming and operating CNC machinery
• Reading drawings and working to tight tolerances
• Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
• Making adjustments to maintain quality output
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting

What you need

• Minimum of two years’ CNC programming & operating experience
