Job Requirements:

• Program and set up CNC mills using Mastercam, optimizing toolpaths and machining efficiency


• Troubleshoot machining issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure consistent production quality


• Lead and coordinate a team of 2–5 CNC operators while scheduling equipment and workflow


• Interpret complex blueprints, design fixtures, and estimate time/materials for new jobs


• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement while maintaining ISO and safety standards

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

$45,000–$65,000/year (based on experience)
