The **CNC Team Lead** is responsible for overseeing daily CNC machining operations, supporting production schedules, leading and mentoring machinists and operators, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. This hands-on leadership role combines machine setup, troubleshooting, process improvement, and team development.
