Overview
Hire Resolve’s client in Heavy Engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced CNC Team Leader to join their team in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
To monitor production rates and take the appropriate intervention when output does not meet set targets. Ensure that production processes meet specified requirements. To monitor production quality in accordance with Procedures and Work instructions and institute the necessary interventions to achieve the required quality. To ensure that employees comply with safety instructions and regulations and correct any unsafe conditions. To ensure that agreed standard of housekeeping is maintained. Comfortable dealing with IR related issues. To undergo any training as identified and deemed necessary to fulfill the above position.
