Pay rate is £18.38 per hour PAYE

Small batch CNC turning work for high-quality transmission components for use in motorsport and aerospace.

Requirements

Experience working on CNC Lathes, such as:
Victor Turn II 26 HD
Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D
Doosan Puma GT3100
Familiarity with Fanuc controls is essential(knowledge of Siemens controls is advantageous)

Ability to interpret technical drawings and planning route cards
Ability to read, understand, and edit CNC programmes, including adjusting speeds and feeds as necessary
Working knowledge of turning tips and their correct applications

Desirable

Experience operating a small manual lathe and/or Harrison Alpha 400 Plus NC lathe.
