Job Description

• Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree, Chemical, Physics or any related field.
• With 5 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge in coating processes in production line and Photovoltaic Solar Cells.
• Oversee the overall process, shifting schedules, assigning tasks, competency and safety training plans, KPI evaluations/metrics and other related tasks.
• Ensure EHS compliance while conducting production inspections, controlling processes, and driving improvements within the coating operations.
• Monitoring operations and developing SOPs, OPL documents, assessment criteria, and issue reports. Able to handle comprehensive documentation tasks.
