Job Summary
:
In this role, you will support and oversee field subcontracts. Maintains a continuing review of the progress of each subcontract and provides management with information regarding any financial, legal, or technical issues. Preparation of change orders and amendments and resolves any technical issues. Targeted subcontracts include: Coatings and Fireproofing installation subcontractors. #LI-SM2
Major Responsibilities:
Primarily interfacing with Coatings and Fireproofing subcontractors, potentially can be expanded to include other subcontracted scopes.Overall planning, coordination, and scheduling of subcontractor work Interface with Lead Superintendents, Lead Field Engineers, the direct hire team and other team members; serve as a focal point for coordination of work by assigned subcontracts.Monitoring and inspecting the subcontractor’s quality of work, validating subcontractors installed qua...
