Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coating Tech to join our custom metal fabrication team. You would be responsible for performing high-coatings tasks to create custom metal products according to product specifications. This role requires expertise in surface preparation and coating applications along with a commitment to safety, precision, and craftsmanship.

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating through cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
- Apply powder coatings or other finishes to metal surfaces using spray guns, brushes, or other tools.
- Mix and match colors to meet project requirements and client specifications.
- Ensure even application and high-quality finishes, addressing any imperfections or touch-ups as needed.
