Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and manage collaboration voice products within the APAC region. This role requires strong technical expertise and product knowledge to ensure seamless delivery and support of enterprise collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and administration for collaboration platforms, including Teams, Zoom, Webex, Kaltura Live, OpenExchange, and Audio Conferencing.
• Lead and deliver large-scale projects across the APAC region, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
