Join NHS Property Services Ltd as a Colleague Relations Advisor . This is a hybrid role with two days per week in the Stockport office. You will empower managers, solve complex employee relations challenges, and contribute to fair outcomes by providing trusted guidance on a range of ER cases.

You will be the first port of call for managers, offering clear, confident advice delivered primarily via telephone to navigate challenges, build capability, and ensure consistent application of policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer manager queries on colleague relations issues in a timely, policy- and legislation-aligned manner via telephone.
• Coach and empower managers to make informed, fair, and lawful decisions in handling employee relations issues.
