Job Description

• Develop, monitor, and optimize collection strategies to ensure collection activities run effectively and in line with company policies.
• Support collection operations by ensuring collection infrastructure and tools function properly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders related to collection systems and infrastructure (IT, RCMS, IVR, AI, Autodialer, Telephony, WhatsApp Blast, etc.)
• Monitor collection processes and provide troubleshooting support when needed.
• Prepare and analyze collection reports and data to support business decisions.
• Work closely with MIS, Desk Collection, and Field Collection teams to develop effective collection strategies.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to improve collection effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Utilize SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to process and analyze large datasets.
