Position: Collections Analyst

Job Summary

The Collections Analyst I (Collections Advisor) will perform business-to-business collection functions by contacting customers and obtaining payments on past due accounts. The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external customers in order to resolve disputes, reconcile accounts, and ensure clean and green trade receivables. Internal and external customers would include re-sellers, sales team, credit team, customer service, co-workers, and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile customer accounts while ensuring clean/green trade receivables and determine when an account needs to be escalated to supervisor(s).
• Release new sales orders within shipping cut-offs, and communicate issues timely in case of processing delays.
