Effectively manage debt collections agencies, ensuring efficient and effective collection of outstanding credit card debt. To be able to set clear goals, monitor team performance and implement best practices and strategies to ensure that the delinquency rate is within acceptable standards

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and update collection reports and documentation.Consolidate and ensure accuracy of delinquency and performance data.
• Track compliance, audits, and complaints.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and internal teams.
• Assist in process improvements and system support.
• Create and execute strategic collection plans to minimize delinquencies
• Regularly assess the performance of the Debt Collections Agency being handled through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as recovery rates, delinquency rate and payment commitments and provide feedback as necessary.
