Must Have Skills:
24×7 Command Center / NOC / Operations Center support experience
Strong knowledge of
ITIL processes
– Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
Hands‑on experience with
monitoring tools
(e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Netbrain, Nagios, SCOM, Grafana)
Experience working with
ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
for ticket logging, tracking, and escalation
Ability to perform
initial triage, impact analysis, and priority assessment
Good understanding of
application, infrastructure, database, and network alerts
Experience in
shift-based operations , including weekends and night shifts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exposure to
banking/financial services environments
is an advantage
