The Commercial Analyst will play a pivotal role in executing analytics and reporting initiatives that focus on contract compliance, sales incentive compensation, sales performance, and commercial operations. This position is tasked with compiling and analyzing sales and contract data to support informed decision-making, enhance compliance, and improve field execution. The analyst will develop tools and dashboards, manage rebate and compliance calculations, and assist in the administration of sales compensation, account alignments, quotas, and territory planning. This role requires collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Contracts, and IT, to identify trends, generate insights, and foster operational excellence within the commercial organization. The position operates under the guidance of a team leader and does not have direct reports.
