MarathonOne is a non-bank commercial asset finance intermediary headquartered in Pretoria. We structure fleet and asset-backed finance facilities for businesses across transport, construction, and agriculture, working with a panel of leading South African asset finance funders. The team is small, senior, and self-managed. We are profitable, established (incorporated 2023), and currently scaling our deal flow alongside a separate digital platform initiative (M1 Finance).

Why we are hiring The directors are originating, structuring, and closing the majority of deal flow themselves. We need an Operations manager to own the deal-to-payout process end-to-end so the directors can focus on origination, funder strategy, and growth. This is a process-ownership role, not a junior coordination role.
