Job Description
COMMERCIAL ASSOCIATE - CAPE TOWN CBD - URGENTMARKET RELATED SALARYMinimum requirements:
- LLB and Admitted Attorney
- Our client is looking for a commercial associate with 2 to 3 years solid commercial experience
- This includes M&A, Shareholders’ Agreements, MOI’s, Restructures, Resolutions, and other commercial agreements etc.
- Must have the ability to “hit the ground running” as it’s a maternity cover role
- Initially contract role (maternity leave cover), commencing 1 August.
- One month trial period and thereafter fixed term contract from 1 September until 30 April
