Job Description
What You'll Be Doing - Build and nurture client relationships through proactive, regular outreach — turning accounts into long-term partnerships, not just transactions
- Manage your client portfolio strategically by segmenting and prioritising accounts, ensuring your time and energy are directed where they matter most
- Deliver accurate, competitive quotations in response to client RFQs, balancing speed with thoroughness to win business without leaving margin on the table
- Own the quote-to-order lifecycle — follow up diligently, negotiate commercially, and ensure every client order is translated into an error‑free internal Sales Order, including any amendments
- Coordinate order execution by liaising with Purchasers and relevant teams, keeping fulfilment on track and clients informed
