Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial management of projects ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
- Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
- Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide commercial reports, forecasts and financial assessments to senior management.
