This role sits across the commercial and contractual performance of a growing high-end residential builder delivering bespoke homes throughout Melbourne's more affluent suburbs.

The business specialises in one-off custom builds, typically up to $20m in value. These are detailed, architecturally driven projects with a strong focus on quality, planning, and execution.

Working closely with the Managing Director, this position provides oversight across multiple projects rather than being tied to one site. The focus is on protecting the commercial position of projects, maintaining contractual discipline, and supporting the wider delivery team.

You'll oversee Contract Administrators across the business and help maintain consistency across procurement, progress claims, subcontract management, variations, and commercial reporting.
