Commercial Manager

Role Purpose

• Responsible for managing all commercial, contractual, tendering, and business-related activities for the Offshore Services Business Unit.
• To ensure commercial profitability, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and successful execution of offshore projects while supporting business growth and client relationship management.

• Lead and manage all commercial and contractual activities for the Offshore Services business unit.
• Review, prepare, negotiate, and administer client contracts, subcontracts, service agreements, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and applicable industry regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
