Responsibilities - Lead commercial and financial aspects of the company’s projects. The primary objective is to oversee pre‑ and post‑contract management to maximize margins while mitigating contractual risks. Provide guidance and strategic support to project teams in the identification, notification, and preparation of variations and claims, including applications for extensions of time and related loss and expense claims.
- Support, where required, the preparation of tender submissions and contract documentation, including drafting and managing all contractual correspondence.
