Job Purpose: Develop and execute the cluster business strategy across assigned markets, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion through effective partner management, portfolio optimization, business development initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration, while ensuring achievement of P&L objectives in alignment with Cipla's overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with existing partners and acquire new partners for end-to-end sales cycles to achieve revenue target for allocated regions:
