A Carter Lumber Commercial Multi Family Field Superintendent is responsible for the development, implementation, and supervision for all large commercial multifamily-based jobs. This is accomplished by keeping lines of communication and information open between management and the field to ensure production is done in an accurate and timely manner. Effective communication with the field and internal departments are mandatory for the success of this position.
