We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician with strong plumbing experience to support commercial and mixed-use properties throughout the Phoenix area. This role is 100% hands-on. The ideal candidate personally performs repairs and maintenance and does not outsource or manage vendors.

Must-Have Experience (Plumbing Focus)

Candidates must have solid, working knowledge and hands-on experience with:

+ Plumbing leak detection and repairs

+ Faucet repairs and replacements

+ Slab leaks

+ Jetting and drain line cleaning

+ Drain line camera inspections

+ Re-pipes

+ Water heater repairs and replacements

+ Water softeners and filtration systems

+ Grease trap and interceptor repair/replacement

+ Interior and exterior plumbing leaks
