About the Role

As a Commercial Settlements Officer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring lending transactions are settled accurately, efficiently and on time.
You’ll manage settlements end-to-end across a range of lending products, ensuring all documentation, conditions and funding requirements are met prior to release. This includes reviewing legal and settlement documents, validating supporting evidence (such as security, insurance and ownership documentation), and ensuring all records are complete and accurately captured in system.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to resolve outstanding items ahead of settlement, keeping communication clear, proactive and professional to ensure smooth execution.
