A well-established shipping company is seeking a Commercial Vessel Accounts Executive to join its commercial team. The role focuses on supporting dry bulk vessel operations under various chartering arrangements, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment tracking, and port disbursement coordination.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue hire/freight invoices for Bareboat, Time Charter, and Voyage Charter vessels.
• Track payments, reconcile accounts, and settle balances with owners/charterers.
• Review and approve Port Disbursement Accounts (PDA) in line with charter party terms.
• Calculate and process demurrage and dispatch claims.
