Responsibilities Ensure the preparation of all food items according to recipes and standards; Assist with deliveries; Complete daily checks of all mis-en-place to ensure freshness and quality standards; Maintain proper rotation of products; Have knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions; Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils & equipment; Follow kitchen procedures & service standards; Follow all safety & sanitation policies when handling food & beverages.
