  • Specializes in Western cuisine and is responsible for preparing all necessary supplies and equipment for the main kitchen's daily operations.

  • Reports to the Chef de Partie to ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly.

  • Communicates any updates or feedback, including guest comments, to the kitchen management team to improve service.

  • Ensures strict adherence to all HACCP guidelines and local municipality regulations to maintain the highest standards of food safety.

  • Assists in the general operation of the kitchen, taking a proactive role in ensuring the section is well-prepared and compliant.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Commis/Prep chef is highly desirable
