The Commissary Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and operation of the facility commissary including, but not limited to inventory, sales and ordering stock.

+ Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all goods on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis to determine and monitor minimum and maximum levels.
+ Evaluate commissary stock for variety and makes recommendations for change.
