At Pullman Auckland we’re looking for a Part‑Time Communications Agent. Your day will start and end by listening attentively to our guests, handling all inbound phone calls and supporting the front office team with reservations, group preparations and other daily tasks. You’ll expose our guests to the Pullman experience and represent our service promise of “Progress Together, Anytime, Anywhere.”

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Exhibit a good phone manner as the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries
  • Assist the wider front office team with reservations and group preparations; flexibility and willingness to roll up your sleeves is essential
