Day Shift / 16hrs/wk / EOW

7:00AM - 3:30PM Every other weekend


The Communications Coordinator operates multiple call telephone switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or location. Greets visitors and assured that they are escorted to the proper office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Greets and directs visitors and applicants. Issues and collects vendors and students identification passes and badges.

+ Route all incoming calls. Operates public address system, autocall or other systems of communication to call employees to the telephone.
