Community Awareness and Engagement Officer

• 9am - 5pm 

headspace Taree is operated by Samaritans Foundation and part of a national initiative to deliver improvements in the mental health, social wellbeing and economic participation of young people aged 12-25.  

About the opportunity 

Working within a multidisciplinary team at our Taree Centre, you will focus on community capacity building, youth participation, community awareness and education and training activities designed to raise awareness and understanding of youth mental health. Applicants will need to be able to develop and/or link with a range of creative youth friendly programs and strategies that attract and engage young people.
