Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: - Spearhead outreach, branding, donor relations, volunteer initiatives, and public education activities to strengthen community participation and long-term support.
- Partner with senior leadership to formulate engagement and fundraising plans that enhance visibility, encourage public involvement, and support organisational growth.
- Lead the development of fundraising initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, donor retention strategies, and strategic collaborations to diversify income channels.
- Oversee campaign execution, budgeting, and team performance to ensure outreach objectives and revenue targets are achieved effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, community partners, government agencies, and supporters while managing sensitive communications and reputation-related matters.
Requirements: - Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent
